i have packard bell laptop windows 10 with processor  AMD E1-2500 APU with Radeon(TM) HD Graphics        Socket: FT3
Clockspeed: 1.4 GHz
No of Cores: 2
Max TDP: 15 W

which processor is good for this laptop i wanna play CSGO

Sorry what?  Is the CPU actually socketed?  Because in most laptops the CPU can't be replaced as it's soldered to the board.

You can't change a laptop cpu

Unless you'r incredibly experienced and have the expensive equipment and have the luck that driver wise you don't get any problems, than you should look for some physically damaged laptops with a CPU that doesn't died and a with a similar max. TDP  to desolder. And than finally just desolder your old one and solder the new one in ..... than .... than you can wait for the first issues wich you likely get with any other hard- or software components from your laptop.

So ... possible maybe. Easy ... NO ! maybe a A6-5200 could work if you'r able to change a chipset from a laptops MoBO (may even more difficult) but it has a 25 TDP you have to get a better cooling solution.

Only PGA Socket CPUs (Pin Grid Array) !might! be possible to upgrade. If the BIOS are able to recognize the new CPU and/or you or someone else is able to modify the BIOS so that you can flash it that the Laptop can recognize it.

But ther are some laptop where it's possible! The probability that the CPU have to thermal throttle to run is even a thing to have in mind.

Unless you buy a while new motherboard for it with a better cpu in it, but I have no idea how to do that or if you can replace any laptop like that.

You can replace the CPU in some laptops, but they pretty much need to be custom order.
