$475 entry level gaming pc list

I need help putting together a parts list. I need an entry level gaming PC. My budget is $475-500 usd. I live in boise Idaho. High desert, lots of dust. Don't care about brands, color scheme, or max settings in triple a titles. Factor in 6% sales tax on the dollar. No rebates.

Used CPU, and motherboard off of ebay. The intel board supports the Xeon, and that Xeon is hyperthreaded too, so 4c 8t. Also an extra twenty bucks left in the budget that you could buy usb 3 expansion card with or, if you were willing to spend an extra 15-20 dollars, a 120gb boot ssd.
