I just assembled my new Gaming rig which has:

Intel Core i7 6700K CPU

ASUS Z170-A Motherboard

Corsair RM750

HDD with Windows 10

After CORRECT installation and testing, the PC ran perfect for a month. During me running a program the computer froze then I shut it off then I hit the power button and no ASUS logo shows up or any boot up splash screen. This appears to be a no-post situation. In the board, I see a red CPU error light from the bottom of the CPU area and after manual shutdown some lights stay on. I removed the psu cable after flipping the switch to "OFF". I sent ASUS the motherboard for repairs and they said that the board was fine and even tested so I suspect it could only be the CPU.

I have two videos of what happens. The second is a second part of the first video.

Have you tried booting the system since you received it back from Asus? Otherwise try a difference CPU like Rodniz suggested if possible.

I assembled everything back together like I had it before even started it up and the same issue happened. It appears to be a no-post situation where nothing shows at boot up and a red cpu light (meaning theres a cpu related issue) that shows up after I restart the PC and still no post.
