Laptop microphone problems

Hello Internet people,

I have a prblem with my laptop (Toshiba L50-C),When i ever i plug headphones(No mic on headphone) whenever i use the microphone it just plays white noise and static

That could potentially be a hard one...
Have you tried with more than one pair of headphones?

It could be that the saunter came undone from the headphone jack to the motherboard. You would have to open it up to check.

i have tried  with multipul headphones same problem

So you have NO mic plugged in? Does the laptop have a built in mic?

I have NO mic plugged and the laptop has a built in array mic
