What does "polling rate" mean to you?

 

Usually, its the frequency that a mouse reports its position to a computer

Ah its a drawing tablet thing, I thought it was a tablet like an iPad.

 

Ok, you'll have to overclock your USB with windows, google some guides on it.

(I'd tell you how, but I'd get my info from google too)
