Do other tests show the same thing? Like crystal disk mark?

run crystal disk mark and see what your results are. The current data you show is OK if not great for the sequential read...also is the m.2 actually performing over PCIE using NVME or is the m.2 on your board defaulting to the MSATA standard instead. That will have a big impact on performance.

According to ASUS its running on x4 PCIe.  Ill run crystal disk and see what's going on.

Looks good to me.  Most of us would give our firstborns for speeds like those.  You sure you're not just dealing with Windows running a whole whack of tidying up tasks/indexing/whatever it does for the first few days after a new install?

See, that's what I thought at first.  However I checked all my processes and seen nothing of the sort.

Well your ssd speeds are definitely not the problem. I'd look for other possible causes for any sluggishness.
