my folding client isnt connecting eventhoughi know its running

My folding client just times out even though i can tell folding is running. But i want to turn it of so i can play a game. can anyone help

Well.. if you are desperate to quit it immediately, and the client is temporarily not 

cooperating.(probably not shut down properly)

 

Just open task manager and forcibly quit anything folding related. If you see 

"FahCore_21" for example, you can probably figure out what it does :D
