Am I bottlenecking my GPU?

Hi, i recently built this system

Amd a4 7300

radeon 6870

64 gb ssd

I am wanting to know if the a4 is bottlenecking the system.

play a game you like, and have task manager open and MSI afterburner open

See if your cpu or your gpu is the one running at 100%

then you can know, as it depends on the game and other factors
