Offline multiplayer games (Split screen)

Hey guys

Im going on a trip with a few friends soon, and we are looking for some offline games we can play since we wont have internet access.

The games has to be played on one machine, and support 4 players in split screen or some other format.

We will be getting nintendo emulations, but are there any modern games we have to try?

I think it´s only dual split screen, but Battlefront 2?

Battleblock Theater is a fun game which you can with (up to) 4 players on one machine (it's either splitscreen or maybe just that you are all on screen or something). You preferably want to play it with a controller (Xbox 360 controller should work, PS3 controller emulated as one works too).

Castle Crashers is probably the same story too, but haven't played it myself.
