Yes, but I'd imagine there are better processors power supplies you can get for the same amount of money. You're going to need at least 400w to power it (500w is safe, minimum imo), so I'd get something like a 500-550w gold rated power supply instead, but you're choice, especially if you plan to SLI in the future.

Does it say in the advertising blurb that the EVGA 750w 80+ bronze is SLi capable?

I'd be surprised if I found a (quality) 750w power supply that didn't have SLI support. Are there any single GPU cards that need 750w?

To be fair, the word quality does add a lot.

Generally speaking if the advertising on the box says it is capable of SLi then someone else has qualified the PSU. It can be a way to clear through the many different budget PSU and find a suitable starting point prior to purchase.

I have the 750B and it comes with the cables for power on an SLI...

Apart from not being able to see whether the PSU has stuff included in the box prior to purchasing, the trade standard or "certification" of having that SLi logo on the box seems a better way to sift PSU capabilities. Meaning you can make a judgement with the same trade standard as the "80+ Gold/Bronze/Titanium".

Those who deny freedom to others deserve it not for themselves (Abraham Lincoln,1808-1865; 16th US president).

Well, both versions can power a system with a single 750w. The B1 is mediocre, in which I would recommend looking at something else. The B2 would be vastly superior.

Can you provide a budget for the PSU and links to store(s) so we know what's is available to you?

What powers supplies do you suggest?

50$-150$ as long as its quality or ok

I'm assuming you was looking at the EVGA B2 model? https://pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-power-supply-110b20750vr

If so, that's an excellent power supply that is overkill for even two 970 in SLI. If you don't mind rebates, I would recommend that.

Otherwise, my recommendation are:

Antec Earthwatts 450 Green: https://pcpartpicker.com/part/antec-power-supply-ea450green

EVGA 550 GS https://pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-power-supply-220gs0550v1

Corsair RM550x https://pcpartpicker.com/part/corsair-power-supply-cp9020090na

EVGA Supernova 650w P2 https://pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-power-supply-220p20650x1

The 550w and above can power two Asus 970 Strix in SLI, btw.

What do you think would be the best for the radeon r9 390?

Personally, I would go with the RM550x over the GS for the longer warranty, more quiet noise profile, and better electrical performance for the same price ($5 more if you factor and get the rebate).

The 650 P2 is also a good option. It's a little noiser but offer higher efficiency and 100w more watts. I'm not sure how much shipping cost will be factored in though.
