$1700 Build

What is the absolute best build you can get with $1700? Must include a 1440p monitor, and the mobo: z170a pc mate is already bought. Its in USD.

I assumed the 1700 was not including the already bought motherboard, and that you don' need other peripherals, if you need an os get one from g2a or kinguin

OP depending on how heavily you game or what games you play, upgrading to an AIO cooler (Corsair and NZXT are top choices for me) might be a better option. But overall this list looks very good, though I'd probably switch to a PSU from Corsair.

Edit: You can maybe switch to a cheaper 980 ti and maybe get rid of the SSD (highly wouldn't) to go for a 144Hz monitor as well. Hope your friend makes a smart call
