I was having trouble picking a size for my sweater. The height and width measurements put me in large, but those arm lengths are WAY too long! I'm measuring around 27" from where it indicates to measure sleeve length from, which isn't even as long as X-small. Does anyone know why?

It's from the top of my sholder to my wrist, not on a sweater.

I think their diagram is incorrect. Usually sleeve length is measured from the back of your neck to your wrist. Those lengths look like the ones you see on dress shirts and that's how they measure it for those.

Just received mine, and I am definitely a large for chest size e.t.c and I have another large hoodie and the sizes are all identical.. apart from the sleeves. The sleeves on this are about 25%+ longer than my other large hoodie and almost go down to my knees, whereas hoodie goes to my waist.

 

They are fine when bunched up at the elbow however.

 

I am not sure if it is designed this way and you are supposed to have the sleeves bunched up but they do seem quite long.

 

However looking at sizes on medium it is only 1" shorter sleeve, to not be bunched up they would need a lot more than 1 inch taken off, so I am guessing this is by design.

After wearing it a bit longer and getting a second opinion, I think the sleeves are supposed to be bunched up slightly. It is comfortable this way and looks natural.
