Best laptop for college

The reason why I posted here is because of the high activity here.

 

I narrowed my choice down to two laptops, I just can't decide between a 13" touch but cheaper and a 15" non touch but more powerful internally Skylake XPS 9X50

i'd go 15"

Intel 4670K /w TT water 2.0 performer, GTX 1070FE, Gigabyte Z87X-DH3, Corsair HX750, 16GB Mushkin 1333mhz, Fractal R4 Windowed, Varmilo mint TKL, Logitech m310, HP Pavilion 23bw, Logitech 2.1 Speakers

I would go with the 13" because I figured this is strictly for college and doesn't matter if it gets beat up during your time in class. It's cheaper and only 2.8 lbs of weight to carry around is always a plus. Get something cheaper now and save for something you really want later.

I had an early 2015 (broadwell) XPS 13 touch but I ended up switching to the XPS 15 (1080p) for the extra power, screen size, and because display scaling was giving me all kinds of issues.
