Planning a build, (How can I improve?)

Hello all. I am looking for a way to improve my build which will be used for: (Video editing, Video rendering, Gaming, Recording, Rendering in general, 3D Modelling, Art.),, yes it is a lot for this okay-ish build but I am looking for something playable not overkill. I have about $1750 CAD I can spend on this, most of that is used up already. I realize the problem with the motherboard USB 3.0 headers, and I have a fix for that already, so don't call me out on that.  Here is the build list, and a run down of the parts, (So many fans):

If you would like to do better gaming get a better GPU! If you cannot afford a better GPU, downgrade to an i5. It should suffice. Also get a hyper 212 and less fans it is not necessary.

A little curious ...why the sound card?

Please vote for Donald Trump. I am out of sitcoms to watch.

When lyfe gives you HDDs, make SSDs

Fans stay as I may OC this rig, and I want a good push-pull air flow. As for a GPU, if I sacrifice the I7 for an I5 will video rendering go down in performance? I would think so. Also what is the Hyper 212, (fans, GPU cooling, CPU cooling, etc...)

Because I prefer better audio as I will be recording gameplay, I do not want people hearing crappy on board audio.

maybe get a internal pci-e wifi adapter?

I may do that, though Wifi is not the biggest issue for me.

I upgraded to a EVGA GTX 960, is that a little better?

Oh wow, I quite like that build, thank you. I may just add 1 case fan so I can get a push-pull, but other then that thank you. I will go with this I think.

You can have the PSU a little cheaper by getting the G2 or GS model. Also, I could make a cheaper list with a better GPU and monitor if you wish.
