To get original version of a file how do I decompress it (for video and audio).

Get 7zip on it.

That is not possible. Compression is usually lossy, which means that data is lost in the process of compressing and there is no way to retrieve said data. If the Compression happens to be non-lossy (like FLAC) you can use a converter to get a different format (like ALAC). But I assume you are asking for decompressing stuff like mp3s and H264 encoded video, which is not possible.

FLAC is the same quality as the source. There is no need to decompress it.
