CUE software Bind Key FN + Key Question

So it is possible to bind key such has FN + Key to a action such as running a script/program to a strafe RGB keyboard or it possible to toggle between two different actions.

I tried this with my old corsair mouse and unfortunately all it does it press the FN key + The desired key at the exact same time. So no, it doesn't work as far as I know - but there must be some way to input delays
