32 bit?

If you look at the picture you see (32) behind Google Chrome and some other programs.

Does this mean that the aplication is 32 bit?

I am on a 64 bit system so I want to know.

If you want to run chrome on 64bit  you need to install the beta build.

Not that weird, 32-bit software runs just fine on a 64-bit OS. And a LOT of software has been coded in 32-bit, with little incentive to port it to 64-bit.

Most of the software are still 32bit. Even when they don't state being 32bit in task manager. Task manager only shows programs header, like what it says on title bar. It doesn't actually tell you what version of software is running.
