Mouse stopped working after repair

Momenaut

So I bought a leetgion el'druin a few years back and the left click finally died on it. Over the years I got so attached to the mouse I decided I wanted to give repairing it a shot so I opened it up to find it had japanese omron d2f-2 switches inside. So I ordered a set of the switches off ebay, waited for them to get in and took everything to my local shop to get the new switch soldered in.  A day later everything seemed to have gone smoothly and I even checked the board and he seemed to have done a pretty clean job. But upon plugging my mouse back in I had the left click work for about 3 clicks before everything just froze up and I ended up having to hard restart. Now Everything on the mouse seems to be working normal except the left click which doesn't work at all. Because I know I was very careful with the board and internals while I was poking inside the mouse I've been left with having to assume it's a software issue, but I'm not sure where to start. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
