6600k temps

I run an i5 6600k (Stock speed) watercooled with an ID Cooling frostflow 120L. 

When i download or just browse the web, my temps are about 40-45 degrees. The ambient temp is about 30-32 degrees (I live in a hot country)

Are these temps normal? And when i game it reaches to about 59 degrees
