wd30ezrx headparking issue?

I just got a WD green 3tb and only my 2tb me and my buddy fixed the head parking issue on the old drive but apparently there are conflicting reports on doing it to a wd30ezrx, does anyone have any insight on this?

What are your problems with the head parking feature? Its there for a green reason (LOL)

If the drive is very slow with transfer speeds and its still under warranty just get it replaced

(register the product on the WD website and let them know your problem, they have put that feature on the disk and not every consumer has the knowledge/time to fix their features of course you can disable/change it with a program called "WDIDLE"

that green feature is known to prematurely kill the drives.

There was no issue the drive was brand new I wanted to know if it still needed to be done on the newer greens went and did it anyways though
