Updating Black Ops 3 Error

Hello,

I just came back from my vacation and I was really anxious to play Black Ops 3 today but I saw that it needed to update so I let it try to update. And It says one the side that the update is scheduled for 4:22 and its 4:22 and now it says scheduled for 4:27 so every time it reaches the time it just advances 5 minutes... Also, If I try to play the game it says An error occurred while updating Call of Duty: Black Ops III (content still encrypted)... Any Idea??

This also happened to my friend about a week ago and it still sin't working. We also tried unistalling his game and tryng to reinstall fresh but it shows the same error...

Please Help!

Well didn't work for me... Thanks anyway
