PendoPad 7" vs. Pro Tab 7"

I'm looking to get one of the above tablets for my son (3 years old) to play basic kids games from the Google App store. From what I can tell they are virtually the same, at least hardware wise.

 

Anyone had experience with these tablets specifically?

 

I'm well aware there are better tabs/android devices out there but I just need something that will "just do", I don't mind spending a few more dollars if it's warranted.
