So i built my first pc about 3 weeks ago. For the 2 weeks i built it i had a problem where when im playing some games (Mostly league of legends) my monitor would go black then few seconds later it would turn on but my game everything will be gone, it would only show my wallpaper and the start icons the icons on the wallpaper were gone. I turn off my monitor and back on and i get DVI: no signal VGA: no signal. And i have to manually turn off the PC. I then went to the support for League and created a ticket they gave me instructions to do some of it said go to your device manager and uninstall your graphics drivers and re-install it. When i tried to uninstall the graphics driver my screen flashed like a TV turning off then came back on but this time the problem that was happening with the game was happening. I got tired of it and decided to format my PC and reinstall windows 10. I did that and for about 3 days i didn't get the problem i had from league, but recently it came back, i tried to uninstall my graphics drivers but the same thing happened again. Where could this problem be coming from? I have a PCS radeon r9 380

You need something a bit beefier to uninstall GPU drivers. I don't know the name of the utility, but I'm sure @iamdarkyoshi does. Run that then reinstall your display drivers.

Well I used guru3d to Uninstalling it, it restarted my pc it turned back on and everything was zoomed it in, that was expected. But my icons on my wallpaper have disappeared. Only the things in my start icons show up, but when I click it nothing shows up on the screen it says the application is opened but it doesn't show up on my screen.

After you uninstall your graphics driver, reinstall it from AMD's website (For the R9 380 of course)
