PLEASE, NEED URGENT HELP!!

This has been going on for a while. i'll come home and find my computer in sleep mode. ive done everything. use powercfg -lastwake and it shows nothing, turn off all devices that can turn on pc, turn off all wake timers. Guess what. just came home from spring break to find it in sleep mode!! i found that i should update bios. i go to my mobo's website and find this http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/H97M%20Pro4/?cat=Download&os=Win1064 i dont know what to download. please helpl, im scared xD

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...
