Will this gpu fit? (Physically)

I have the acer veriton m265 and I want to put a gtx 950, Now I don't know if it will fit, I would prefer one with a duel fan but I'm ok with a single fan one like the msi/gigabyte versions if need be, I have some screenshots to kind of show what I'm working with, my main concern is the io.

Your motherboard supports a max of 4GB of RAM. Don't put a 950 in there. Everything is a bottleneck how can you live this way.

Oh, Its because I just got it given to me, When I upgrade it to gaming spec I shall sort it. I was thinking about the audio out..

Are you being serious? This thing uses DDR2 memory. You need a whole new system.

That's one of the upgrades, a new psu. and atm no.

Save till you hit $1k get a 970 then get the rest should be more than fine.

then slowly upgrade but not the gpu till later as it will be more than fine

for a few yrs .

Even if you got the most RAM you could and the best CPU for that MOBO, it would still bottleneck a 950

£15 a month, by then a 970 will be like a 260.

Yeah, maybe it wouldn't (I threw away a few Q6600s at work lol) but the 4gb of DDR2 will do you in.
