Is this build alright?

Hello guys. I've had a pc since 2008 and have been upgrading it's part until like late 2010. My current pc has a E6600 dual core and a radeon HD5570. I can only play games up until the 2013 releases but on the lowest settings.

I've decided to build a new one so I can play the latest games.  It will be my first time building a computer from scratch on December. I just want your opinions on this and if it's an okay build. I'm kinda sticking to my budget so if you have any suggestions on replacing some parts, I hope it's also around the price range or even lower of what I chose. So here are the parts

Intel Core i5-4590

Gigabyte GA-H97-Gaming 3

Sapphire NITRO R9 390

Gskill ARES 16gb dual 1600

Corsair RM850x (planning to get 850W for changing some parts in the future)

Samsung 850 Evo 250gb

Cooler Master Hyper 212x

Phanteks Enthoo Pro M

THANKS!

Go for a skylake i5 6500 its newer and not that much pricer.

850W is too much for future upgrades unless you want to go the crossfire route.

Try to get a hard drive.

I'm in the Philippines. Sapphire Nitro R9 390 costs around P16,500 (pesos) here. How much is an R9 390 there? I have a P50,000 budget. Can you do the math? =))))) If not just tell me how much is an R9 390 there hehe

Yes it should, you can look at cheap H170/H110/B150 boards for skylake.

I've been seeing technews videos on youtube saying you can't use win7 on a skylake cpu :( Alright, I'll try to look into it. But I'll also need to get a ddr4 ram right?

Source? Yes DDR4 as well, which has gotten significantly cheaper.

It would mean that it won't work, just not fully supported. I recommend 10 anyhow, its the only way to get DX 12.
