Is this something with the razer synaps software? or is it something about the keyboard itself?

What do you mean by recently. I had my G710+ do that as well from time to time. Usually solvable by unplugging and plugin it back in. Have now I sea what causes that but happens so rarely that I don't even care.

I unplugged and replugged still does it...

Sometimes when I play one key just "locks". So if I press "W" to go forward, sometimes the keyboard seems to lock that key and continuously presses the key for a few seconds. I lost many rounds of CS: GO because this issue. It is just annoying.

 

 

 

  • I gave the Keyboard back and got a new one. - Same problem.
  • I tried other USB Ports
  • I tried Windows 10, 7 and even Vista (Guys, even Vista didn't work.. and it's the best OS known to men.)
  • I tried to reinstall RazerSynapse

//EDIT: Sometimes i have to restart my PC to fix it.

Have you tried Windows XP? lols

You can install it but can't control macros and can't update color themes.

This is surely a mechanical problem of the switch itself.

Restarting pc doesn't help, new usb port doesn't help i tried new profile in razer synapse, Im on windows 10, and I even tried taking out the key and cleaning the key if that helps

If it's the problem of the mechanical switch then am i able to return it to best-buy?  its already been like 4 months since i had it
