Alright,so my trusty Kraken 7.1 started dying on me 5 days ago,and I went to the store I bought it from to start an RMA proccess. They said its fine and they gave me a Razer Kraken Chroma replacement. So a few things I noticed and I would really apreciate if any of you guys could confirm these.First up,there was a hissing sound when the headshet was above 66% sound volume, bellow that there wasnt, and second there is a ever so slight buzzing sound to the right ear when theres some colours such as Pink,or when its circling through them. Can any of you guys confirm this?Already have found some posts saying that its a common prob but I need confirmation for my OCD's sake.

Just try good headphones, and you will notice that they sound like they are 10$ worth.

I dont think so, I think most of us use headphones that cost from 100$ and up or headsets like the cloud I or II. Maybe a new one has them.

as far as gaming headsets go, hyperx cloud line are by far the most well regarded and recommended ones. But lemme voice my opinion, the usb sound card of the cloud 2 are difficult to use, buggy and a gimmick at best. I am considering getting an extension cord and a adapter so i could return to analog audio.

i do not regret getting them solely because of the gunmetal grey colour exclusive to the cloud 2. The soundcard crashes if i press the mic controls too rapidly but it doesn't allow volume changing from the control panel
