Boot error codes

Hi have been change my hhd to ssd and i am having some problems even when i try too boot from hard drive it is giving me error code 0cx000000f and dont know what to do any advice or links .

i had a 1tb hard drive in my laptop with the os on it and i was swaping it to an 120g ssd. I cloned the os over and swaped the drive round that didnt work( it wouldnt boot/run os of that drive so put the hhd back in as need to use my laptop (primary workstaion) but now i can boot with it i just get the following error code
