you could skimp the cooler down to a 120mm one (not cooler master liquid AIO, they're usually loud.) and buy some nice fans for the extra cash

So what country and what budget?

You should probably upgrade your display before anything

paying extra for overclocking generally isn't worth it as well, especially for 60hz gaming.

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

Well, germany, bulgaria, they're like the same place right?

I'd start here on parts, you should really upgrade that display, probably to something 1440p IPS with a VESA mount.

or maybe 1080p 144hz if you play a lot of twitch shooter games. Though they would be TN if you care about color accuracy or viewing angles

Also I'd wait more for polaris than pascal, you're going to save money on a free-sync display vs a G-sync display

255 EU for a free-sync 1080p 144hz display

400 for the G-sync equivalent

Im fine with my current resolution i will probably upgrade the monitor when i get the new Pascal GPU im planing to upgrade. For now i want a platform that will last me for a while and with Skylake i think it will perfect unless Zen outperforms it by alot which is probably unluckly.

the i5 will be fine for a while.

but your 960 is hardly being stressed with that display, and I don't know how ya live with such a small resolution, suppose it's not too bad if you're just gaming, but I'd highly recommend upgrading to a 1440p display over spending a bunch of money to overclock your CPU, if anything just buy an i7 6700 if you want your PC to last a while, it already turbos to 4ghz

your display is going to last you a lot longer than your PC hardware most likely if you invest in a higher end one. and your 960 should be fine for low-med 1440p gaming.

or if you're just gaming go for the 1080p 144hz free-sync display, even if you can't use the free-sync part now you still have a 144hz display which is going to make gameplay much much smoother.

at 1050p? Your GPU shouldn't have any real issue running games at that resolution. If you buy a high end GPU it's basically going to sit idle running that resolution. which is why I'd keep to the suggestion of upgrading your display.

with the x4 750k i cant max out Witcher 3 for instance. It bottlenecks in cpu intesive games but that is to be expected since the cpu is weak but that is to be expected

It shouldn't be having issues hitting 60fps, the FX 4320 here is on par with the 750K you have

your bottleneck is most likely your GPU, just try turning down your settings, and this was at 1080p as well

http://www.techspot.com/review/1006-the-witcher-3-benchmarks/page5.html

GPU benchmarks for 1080p medium the 960 struggles to hit 60fps

http://www.techspot.com/review/1006-the-witcher-3-benchmarks/page2.html

If you're trying to run the game on ultra the 960 hits 30fps at 1080p

http://www.techspot.com/review/1006-the-witcher-3-benchmarks/page4.html

So it's unlikely that your 750K is the bottleneck for running The Witcher 3 on ultra

Thats medium settings.Im talking about ultra it drops below 30fps.And the diffrence between 1080p and 1050p isnt that big

Thats why i want to swap it with a new pascal gpu :)
