Whats The difference?

I have 2 computers on pc partpicker and one is $2300 AUD and the other is $1900 AUD. The only difference is the video card there is  Gigabyte GeForce GTX 980 4GB WINDFORCE 3X Video Card $699 and   EVGA GeForce GTX 980 Ti 6GB Classified ACX 2.0+ Video Card $1158 so whats the difference?

980 Ti is more powerful than the 980.

The GTX 980 and GTX 980Ti are two completely different cards. The GTX 980Ti being much more powerful than the GTX 980.

The 980 and 980 Ti both rely on the Maxwell architecture, but the 980 Ti is more powerful and relies on the GM200 GPU, rather than GM204(980).
