First Question:

Hello I was wondering if a CPU can crash because the voltage is to high? (Since it can crash if its to low)

Details:

I can overclock my G3258 to 4.4Ghz on a stock cooler (full load: 69-72degrees)

Though when I overclock my G3258 to 4.6Ghz I have trouble finding the right voltage.

Also the farther the voltage is from the "correct voltage" will it crash faster then something closer to the "correct voltage"?

it wont crash with higher voltage, only if the motherboard/PSU cant support it and then you crash because of that. Higher voltage will make it run more stable, it will decrease lifespan on the CPU though.

not through voltage, more likely you have reached the limits of the chips overclock, too much voltage = too much heat without adequate cooling, only time it will (maybe) crash is if it shut down due to thermal protect

AAAAHHH NO, NO THOSE TEMPS ARE NOT GOOD DUDE PLS.

stock coolers are terrible for Overclocking!!

and also yes, CPUs can crash due to too much voltage.
