The tech news and reviews section is specifically for posting tech news, i.e articles.
Then discussing said news, a general gpu question like this is better suited for the

gpu section. I went ahead and moved it for you.

16 nm for Nvidia and 14 nm for AMD. Whether that difference will even matter is what we don't know yet.
