Have you got a budget in mind? I can tell you what you can get then, as the different parts vary in price considerably

1200$ india

Prices are very different when it comes to India. Can you get your parts from the US, or are you going to buy them in India? Because $1200 will only get you about $700 worth of parts there, maybe less.

Yeah, Nehru Place prices are much higher, often almost double the overseas MRP. Try to wait until you can have someone bring them, and buy the case and maybe the power supply. Don't waste your money at Nehru Place. Even heavily used computer parts in Delhi cost more than they do brand new in the US.

I mean, yes, it would work if Indian vendors had AMD video cards in stock.

Here is his pricing and availability. This is a list of all available parts from the main vendor at the market he's looking at. http://www.costtocost.in/list/pricelist.pdf

@morpheus2658 give them your exact budget in rupees, as that's what the catalogue is organized in.

I already posted this. This is the catalogue of Nehru Place's main vendor. Give us your budget in rupees and we'll work out a build based on these parts. Get the power supply on Flipkart, though. A Seasonic S12ii for 520-600w for Rs. 6,000

Well, he's only going to be able to buy his parts from New Delhi, India, which is why I provide a catalogue with price references for the same. If you want to help him put together a build within his budget, you'll likely need to refer to Indian pricing and availability.

Welcome to my country. Things here are like that- overpriced, disorganized, and poorly-maintained. Keep in mind that there's a 12% tax on each item on that PDF. Yeah, that's right. You're paying almost $1000 for a 980 Ti.
