gta v frames problem

How Come My GTA V Runs only on 60fps in 1080P and it does'nt give me an option to increase frames on the settings (...more then 60)!!

(My GPU is 980ti)

Disable Vsync in the game settings, that's what is keeping you at 60fps.

You won't notice a difference visually because most monitors run at 60Hz, but it helps I guess.

make sure you don't have frame limiter in geforce driver

run in exclusive fullscreen
