I was recently having some troubles with  my PC. I first switched graphics to run of my i3. The problem was still happening.   So I decided to update to Windows 10.  Then a week later I realize I should switch graphics to my graphics card.  I do that.  I literally unplug the HDMI from the motherboard i/O to my graphics cards HDMI port.  Then I launch my computer and play some tf2.  There are black boxes around the game and I launch up HW monitor and it reads 60 Celsius on my GTX 980. I notice the fan is running.  Is anything bad here?

That's totally normal, see Jidonsu's post above

The temperatures are normal. Can you take a picture of what you see on the screen? Is everything set to the appropriate setting?

Are you gaming on a TV?  Why are you using HDMI?

60 degrees is normal. That's what fans do; they turn themselves on to cool components that get hot.

Is HDMI bad?  I thought that's what you were supposed to use.

Yea probably settings. I can't get a screenshot right now.  Basically when I launch tf2 there is an added inch of bezels.
