Processor is running at 1/4 speed under load!!!

My CPU is running at 0.8 ghz under load!! How can I fix this?

What temps is it running at? 

 

Try disabling energy saving.

 disable any energy saving or some shit. your voltage is also less. it is under clocked. Could be the temps.

The pocessor doesn't get more then 50 degree Celsius under load. I ready tried disabling energy saving. I'll try tempo the battery.

Update the BIOS too if there is one available

I removed the battery for 2 mins but no change

Thanks everyone for trying to help. Turn slow mode on my mobo on and off fixed it.
