wait its different from yours but here im placing a build together would you mind looking at this?

comments:

Spoiler

1) the 8350 have higher performance than the 6100, though the 6100 might perform better in games that doesnt rely on multithread

2) better ram than the value ram of the proposed build above

3) no storage solution lol

4) 380 will wipe the floor with 750 ti in games

5) the bronze power supply is better than the one you picked

but your build is only $500 compared to the $800 above so not going to bash too hard lol

my version:

Spoiler

1) picked the better cpu for gaming out of both builds

2) added a 1tb hdd

3) picked a decent gpu for 1080p

4) picked a good quality psu

though you're not quite at the sweetspot yet, i suggest you save up more $$ while waiting for the new gpu and cpu to be launched

and get something like this, or better in the future

this build is aimed for the best performance per dollar for 1080p

the fx6300 performs the almost the same as i3 6100 in multi threaded workload and performs significantly lower in single threaded workload

Spoiler

1) a great cpu, it will last you awhile

2) changed a r9 380 for gtx 950, lower performance, so might need to upgrade a few years later if you wanna crank up game settings in 1080p :P

3) changed your psu from evga g2 to evga 500b, lower quality but its still not that bad

i suggest you ask around the forums for opinions on my build as i might've mislooked some oppotunity to improve the build :D

i know how you feel, but you should really consider the fact that pascal is coming out around late may/june, prices of current gen products will surely drop

so think wisely :D

you can buy a decent gaming rig now and upgrade your gpu later if you're really itching to game now ;)

maybe drop the gpu in my build to a 750 Ti or not buy a gpu at all for now and see how the new gen products play out, then decide on what gpu to get maybe :D

or u can just buy a gaming rig now and just ignore the new gen products lol, the performance isnt going to increase much, price wont drop too much either, but its a drop :P

Spoiler

1) decent cpu, should be able to run the latest games without a hitch

2) sub-par motherboard, but this is a budget build so...

3) 8gb of ram, can upgrade later if you ever need 16gb

4) 1tb of HDD, i recommend getting a 120gb ssd next time when you have extra cash

5) decent gpu for 1080p, you can crank game settings to high, but not ultra :P

6) decent psu, not great but not bad either, will do just fine for you

price: slightly overbudget but this is the best build you can get for your money tbh
