I have never built a pc before, but I am going to do one soon. I was wondering if the Corsair C70 would be a good case for a beginner to build in. Any tips would also be greatly appreciated!

If you want the easiest case to build in ever then get a Define S or Define R5 (R5 has the optical drive stuck in there).

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.

Corsair C70 is a good case but came out years ago. There's better case out there for less expensive.

I don't know about your case but the one of the best cases for beginner builder and more experienced alike is the Corsair abide air 540. ATX case with a more cuboid design. It features a double chamber design and almost completely toolless installations. it has sidewinder, lots of radiation mounts and has very good airflow potential. And it's not going to make you completely poor since it's only 100 usd or something. http://www.corsair.com/en/carbide-series-air-540-high-airflow-atx-cube-case

The nzxt s340 is an inexpensive and small midtower case. It has some unique color options and looks great sitting on a desk!

I agree.

I recently built in the nzxt s340 and it great. good cable management, good air flow, has long legs for psu can breathe, dust filters (although, the psu one should have been magnetic also)

and linus said it doesnt suck
