how much are you paying for the components? I like that, just built something very similar. but why dont you get a ddr3 mainboard for lga 775?

that's pretty decent, all components are old however so the build will be outdated pretty fast. Should game pretty noice though.

Xeon E5450 with 771-775 fix is a better choice, cheaper, faster, lower tdp, can be OC to 3.6ghz without problem.
