Plex forwarding

Hey i got a weird problem, when i try to setup remote access in plex it works, i get green message but after 15 sec it turns red. I have watched quite a few guides but i have no idea why its not working. Also im new to this. Let me know what u need,

Are you using a Plex account, or just forwarding port 32400?

 

Do you have a Plex Pass subscription?

I had the same issue just before my TrueNAS pool died.
The only solution that worked for me was to set up TailScale on TrueNAS as an exit node.

Then, I use TailScale on my mobile devices to access my Plex/Jellyfin server remotely.
