Computer stopped working

I moved to my in-laws house but before that my self-built PC was running fine until I tried to work it here. I get a blue glow underneath the GPU and on the mobo there is a flashing orange light. I tried to look it up and only ran into Stories about Dell PCs. Anyway the PC starts and I see the opt to go into BIOS and I can go there if I want. But the problem is when it loads Windows 10 the monitor all of the sudden says "no input" after the Windows began to load.

That is quite the nice rig you have there. 

Try plugging your monitor into the IGPU ( the video output on the mobo) and see if anything changes.

That orange flashing light looks like a HDD activity LED. Try removing GPU and using integrated.

So do you get to see any windows loading screens , if so I had a similar issue and it turned out to be an issue with the communication between my monitor and GPU over display port. What I had to do was unplug my monitors power and let it fully turn off and plug the power back in again

that might have been it then. when moving a fully built PC, lay it down on it's side. with the PC sytadning uright, the pci-e slots will be subjected to massive strain when you hit a bump with the heavy graphics card yanking on the slot
