500w PSU would be cutting it close but that PSU is competely craptastic and I would not recommend going with that, if you need something cheap, anything from seasonic or XFX would be perfect :D

highly recommend the R9 390 over the 970, but other than that yep its good. 500 should be fine if you don't overclock anything. Get a 600+ for OCing.

Like others have said, get an R9 390 with a 650W PSU and you're good to go :)
