windows store deleted

So I noticed that when i tried to open a jpg there was no photos app. So I try to go to the store and there is no store either. Is there a way to redownload these applications or do I have to reinstall windows 10.

I mean, you can just install a program.

Yeah, The app store is mostly junk anyway.

any recommendations for a photo viewer?

Does the store open then close with a blank screen? From search run WSReset.exe then let it do it's magic. There is no output and takes around and hour. Then reboot. Worked for me last time that happend.
