looking to upgrade my system to water cooling (just the cpu to start but gpu will probably follow later), im split between a 240 and a 280 rad, i was wondering if there is a major difference between the 2, the cost difference is low and i already have fans (noctua nf-f12s or nf-a14s). the rad will be run in a pull configuration. any help would be great. thanks in advance.

obviously the 280 will be better, and if you can fit the 280, then get the 280.

Honestly unless you add the GPU and some more RADs soon, it isn't worth it if you go dual rad, custom is only worth it if you go triple+

So all the build logs of people only using 2 rads were not making the right decision? I'm not saying your wrong, but would you kindly explain your reasoning or at least show some evidence.

I mean just like 240mm or 280MM, because you can get AIO for cheaper

thanks for all the responses, my plan is over the next few months to upgrade to a full loop (cpu and gpu) so id like to make good choices up front, my case can fit either 2 240's or a 240 and a 280, so basically im wondering if its worth spending a few extra bucks on the 280 or just go with 2 240's (long term).
