If you had premium on console, it doesn't give it to you on PC, you need to have Premium on PC. The only other way is if you pre-order the digital deluxe edition or if you happened to pre-order MoH:WF. Getting BF4 Premium doesn't get you into the beta, I see where you're coming from saying that, "I paid another $50 for premium and I still don't get into the exclusive beta" but I just don't think you're gonna get any help from EA. Just to clarify though, you do realize that the beta access you're referring to is to an 'Exclusive Beta'? Having Premium gives you access to the exclusive beta which begins 3 days before the open beta, but after that, you'll be able to play just like everyone else in the world :)

So, a long time ago before I got into PC gaming, I bought BF3, and Premium for it. I now play specifically on my PC, and I bought BF3 from the Humble Bundle. I just preordered BF4 Premium for BF4, and I was wondering if they could give people who preordered Premium for Bf4 early access Beta. If they cant do that, do you think if I talk to EA Customer Support, they can give me BF4 Beta access because I technically bought Premium for BF3?

now I see your situation, sorry nope

I preordered both BF4 and Premium BF4 on Amazon, and it's not the digital deluxe version... :(

Yeah... But imagine what I can do in those 3 days :)

They don't, you don't get the exclusive beta for the normal BF4. You only get it if you pre-order the digital deluxe. If you get the digital deluxe from amazon, it will probably give you a code that you put into Origin and allow you to get access to the Beta. But again, you do NOT get access to the beta from pre-ordering regular BF4, only Digital Deluxe (Or if you had premium on the same platform/ pre-ordered MoH:WF on the same platform).

The closed beta is only the first 3 days then it's open for everyone. So you won't miss out that much
