reporting PPD for 980Ti

Just got my 980 Ti and I'm at 620K PPD on a 9140 Core 18.  I'm pretty happy wit the improvement over my 760 at 75-90K PPD

Cpu: i5 4690K @4.5  / Motherboard: MSI Z97-G45   / Gpu: EVGA GTX 980 Ti SC+  / Cooler:  Air / Ram:  16 GB of stuff / PSU: an overkill one / Case:  cheap / Monitor: yep...  / Drives:  ssds

Nice one. This makes me hopeful for the Pascal or Polaris generation, because i wanna upgrade mit gtx 960

I will say i've had alot of driver crashes...not happy so far, installed an older driver...hoping that fixes it

so much more than me. i am only getting about 96kppd with my 980ti on what i think is a x21 core? still kinda new and had hope to really put out with this card

Sounds like a driver issue. You also need to let WUs run to completion to get accurate PPDs (if you aren't already).

If that doesn't fix it, and you're not overclocking: try turning dialing back the overclock. It'll also crash sometimes with videos or games running.

it was the driver. I just got the 980ti and when I updated the driver I forgot to do a reset. thank you for your help

I meant to say "try dialing back the driver," but you got the point anyways. xD Glad it worked out for you.
