Audio Problems

So I was playing some video games today and noticed I wasn't getting audio from my headphones. My built it monitor speakers were working fine, but when I plugged in my headphones in the audio jack it just continued to play audio threw my monitor speakers. I know the headphones are working because I tested it on other devices and it worked just fine. Any idea on what the problem?

Go and rightclick the sound icon on your taskbar and click playback devices then rightclick everything but the speakers you want to use and click disable.

It says my headphones arent plugged in even though they are

I tried 3 different headphones. So thats not the problem.
