Is anyone facing issues with virgin media? Our internet connection is really slow and random disconnects. I've logged in and it says there are issues at the exchange and the issues at their end.

im not from england and this is probably not the answer you are looking for.. BUT, i played and talked with a ton of englando guys, all got 3 words to say: Fuck virgin media

Yes we had issues with our internet from virgin media and am from England. We had no internet or tv all morning.

Alright. It's working for us. But the speeds are really bad. Is yours working at all?

Yes my internet and tv are working but my download speed is still not as fast as it was, it is around 18mbps and I normally get around 40mbps. Upload seems fine though at about 6mbps which is normal.

Same here.  I can't get anything done. I can't open any webpages without it crashing. Only thing I'm doing right now, is setting up my Cisco Lab.

UPDATE: NO INTERNET STILL. This is really annoying.

Have you checked to outage status in your area to see if its a WAN issue ?

I've checked over so many times. People have complaining on Twitter. They always say they are going to fix, yet they don't. It's really annoying. Sorry for the late reply. Well I'm going to have to wait again, that's if they're going to fix it our not.
