I highly doubt it. Plus all of those websites can be very suspicious at times.

 

Is it possible if you buy it for him, gift it to him and then he gives you the money? That's what one of my friends is doing to get some TF2 items.

Gift keys are keys that are purchased and then can be sent to another account or activated on your own account. Basically it is a key that you can choose to activate at a later time for yourself or send to someone else. If you want a direct purchase key you will need to get them from steam.

Well i bought it for him and later learned you have to have a steam guard account for 15 days, he has had his for 3. So he needs to buy it himself

I bought a legit copy off of G2A (well a legit key). See my reply to @AlphaGamer46 post
